The circulations are designed as metal mesh billboards. Live sports, commercial ads, and public arts can be projected to make a profit and attract attention.
Billboard Display Angle
Bedroom Windows Angle
By managing the location of each piece of billboard, the display angle and range are optimized, so people walking or driving will see them unconsciously.
Moreover, none of the bedroom windows faces the billboards, so the residents won't be interrupted by them.
The courtyard is in the center of the messing, while some double-floor high spaces are used for co-living areas to create more vertical special communication.
The pocket park is open to the city. It provides a public space for the citizens to stay and relax.
The shape and material of the landscape are similar to the main building, which makes them look like the extension of the building.
The facade is made of terracotta, which is a sustainable material and 100% recyclable. The color and shape of the terracotta tile look like brick, which provides a sense of cozy and welcome.
