MEMORIAL & MOURNING

Memorial & Mourning is a land-saving memorial space designed for the city's fallen heroes. The project includes an aboveground public monument park and underground Tomb spaces for private mourning. Tomb rooms are connected by the underground path which can be entered from 3 private openings above the ground. That allows more emotional and dignified mourning experiences without being disturbed by the public. The main concepts are inspired by "Heroes Guarding the city" and the flag of China.

“纪念和哀悼”是一个为牺牲的城市英雄设计的节地纪念空间。该项目包括一个地上的公共纪念公园和一个供私人祭扫的地下墓园空间。墓室由地下通道连接，可从地面上的3个开口进入。这种设计为烈士的亲人，朋友提供了有富于情感和尊严的祭扫过程，而不会被公共活动打扰。主要概念灵感来源于“英雄守护城市”和中国国旗。
